This year Rotterdam and Shanghai are celebrating their 40 years sister city relationship. Last June Mayor Aboutaleb visited Shanghai in light of this special occasion accompanied by a large business delegation. On November 19th The Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Innovation Center will visit the Netherlands for the official Opening Ceremony & MoU signing with CIC Rotterdam. Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Innovation Center will open it’s European overseas talent office in Rotterdam. Mr. Peng Song, Deputy Director Office for Advancing Shanghai’s Science and Innovation Center Development will be visiting Rotterdam to attend the ceremony.

Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), Municipality of Rotterdam, Rotterdam Partners, Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Innovation Center and the Shanghai Business Association in the Netherlands hereby cordially invite you to join this special occasion and to the reunion of the participants of the mission last June.
